I'm sure Sue Heath will know what's planned for the Equine Affaire in Springfield this year. She's always there participating in the Canadian Horse presentation and she does the Versatile Horse competition with Nelligan.

Marcia, I think you're referring to the Equine Affaire thats held in Springfield, MA. I went my first time last year, and there were several Canadien horses there. Like you, I'm hoping to see them again this year too.

I have used an easy boot during the recovery part of an abcessed hoof. I spent 4 - 6 weeks soaking and wrapping before I went to the easy boot. After that time I was not sure that the abcess was completely gone so I used an easy boot for tunout whil…
Could he have ulcers? A horse that doesn't enjoy grooming and being girthed can be symptoms of ulcers. Just a thought.
