Preparations are underway for the Topsfield show and the Topsfield Show Committee has been working hard at planning and scheduling for our table that will be setup at the show. We are looking forward to a strong turnout of Canadian Horses. If you have not already sent in your registration forms, get them done soon as the show is right around the corner. Be sure to stop by the NECC table and say hello!
The small group of NECC invested individuals has been gathering together to vote on and select directors, officers and layout committees to get a move on some of NECC's agenda items to fulfill our mission and objectives. A large Thank You to those that have committed to this task is barely enough given the contributions they are making.
Also, we have a new featured member, Beth Flynn of Saddleview Farm. Be sure to stop by her member page and say hello. She has some nice horses, even a few for sale, I'm sure she'd love to tell you all about them!
There is also a new website feature to chat real time with other online members. You will see in the bottom right hand corner a line item that will tell you the number of folks that are currently online. If you click to expand there, a box will open showing you who is currently online. You can begin a conversation or send a private message to one of the individuals. Likewise, if you are online and see the green CHAT box appear in the bottom right, check it out, someone may be trying to reach you.
Lastly, If you would like to nominate anyone to become a featured member, we are always in need of members to add to our featured roster so send your nominations over. We are also always looking for news to share with our community so if there's anything you'd like to say or share about yourselves or anyone else, let us know. Don't forget to post any events in your area that may be of interest (these don't have to be Canadian related either).
